Seller not taking offer

Seller not letting me buy, has blocked all my attempts to buy - DO THEY NOT WANT TO SELL - if so remove the item, it's very frustrating !.

Seller can block buyers for any number of reasons.

Perhaps they have seen you have one bid retraction and that's one too many for them to allow you to bid and buy from them?

Whatever the reason,  if you're blocked,  you will have to find another seller selling this item.

Sellers can put a general block on bids from - for example - buyers who have not paid for items in the past.   Not suggesting that's you, there are other reasons.   Or if your ID is known to them they might not like the fact you've left a fair few negs and neutral feedback comments for other sellers.
