Seller not responding

bought a PC from an eBay seller, and the item has stopped working within the stated one-year guarantee period. After discovering the fault, I attempted to contact the seller multiple times through eBay messages, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. What should I do ?I already claimed to PayPal they closed the case& gone to seller favour.

You are too late to claim from ebay or PayPal, they don't get involved with guarantees.

This is between you and seller.

Re: Seller not responding

You cannot report this to eBay as they do not offer warranties or guarantees on items, just that they are just as described on receipt.  If they are not,  a buyer has 30 days under eBay's 30 day MBG,  Money Back Guarantee policy,  to return the item for a full refund.

You are too late to claim a refund from eBay,  and seems you are too late to claim from your payment provider,  PayPal.

If purchased from a registered UK business, who offered a guarantee and is now not upholding this,  then turn to Citizens Advice for your next steps,  if you wish to take this further.
