Seller not responding to emails re collection or delivery.

I have brought a large item where delivery was stated as an option (with instructions to ask seller who would quote). This is a large item, a dining table and chairs. We would be equally happy to collect, but will need to hire a van and need to plan a date/time for collection. 

The seller is not responding to our messages. 
payment has been taken via bank card. 
What do we do?

Select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:

and escalate it 3 complete working days later to get a full refund.
