Seller not responding to collection request if car

So I won the auction of a car. The seller offered local pick up only. But is not responding to messages, a couple of days after auction end he said he was busy and where was I from and how was I going to transport the car... I said I'm from up north. Now nothing for days, can't arrange collection.

Not much you can do here if the seller is completely ignoring you. However, you haven't paid so haven't lost out, and the seller will still be charged a listing fee.
