I am tearing my hair out trying to speak to a human with eBay to resolve an issue with a seller who refuses to communicate, cancel or send the item I paid for 2 weeks ago. When the item missed its delivery date and the seller refuses to acknowledge and respond to any communication, I raised a cancellation request. It was the worst choice ever, as eBay now has me stuck in a loop where I am unable to escalate within eBay as it advises that it’s waiting for the seller to respond. The eBay auto bot is driving me insane. What do I do to speak to a human!!! Agghhh. I am stuck. I can’t ask for a refund, escalation or report it as I’m in bot world limbo.
