Seller no longer on ebay!

Hi all,

I recently purchased the new Prismatic Evolutions set off of a seller from eBay.

As I've went on my mobile app to check the tracking of the item, I noticed they no longer have a page on eBay after I purchased the item.

Is this normal? When I press "leave feedback" I get redirected to a page that states "this seller appears to now be inactive and is unavailable for feedback".

Should I open a case for a refund?

What do I do?

I know it is frustrating but you will need to wait until the last estimated delivery date has passed, then open a Not Received case, You should still be able to open a case evn though the seller is no longer registered.

If you have any trouble doing this contact ebay here eBay Customer Service

and ask them to open a case for you.

So would I still get a full refund on the item once this case has been opened?

I've honestly never experienced this before and I'm extremely grateful for the help.

Sellers can't close account while they have recent sales.

If ebay closed the account, they will still sort refund, but you have to open case 1st,escalate on day 4.
