I have recently purchased a disability handle for my shower. The seller images were misleading. They had used the same image for three different sizes 30cm 40cm and 60cm l. When I contacted the seller they brushed my query and concern. I contacted them 3 times. They have done nothing. Surely this is not right. How do I notify ebay of this as this option is not available. To me the images are a key part of making a selection. Please advise.

If you have received an item not as described you are guaranteed a full refund under eBay's 30 day MBG. Money Back Guarantee policy, if you claim within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery.
Message the seller no more, but proceed this way.
Go right of the item in your Purchase History, and from More Actions select Return this item, selecting the reason... Item Does Not Match Description or Photos.
The seller has 3 days to accept the case, if they don't , you need to escalate on day 4, or within 30 days, and eBay will step in and force the refund.
If the seller wants the item back first, they need to pay for a fully tracked return postage. On receipt of their item they have 48 hours to refund you. Again, if they don't, you escalate the case.
Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give, and do not forget to escalate.

If the item you have received does not match the description - and you are correct that the photos form part of the description - you need to use eBay's money back guarantee. There is a link to it in every qualifying listing, or see: https://pages.ebay.co.uk/ebay-money-back-guarantee/
It's all very simple and you don't need to negotiate with seller. Just open an "item not as described" case and allow three working days for the seller to respond. After this, the option will appear to escalate the case if necessary for eBay to step in to enforce a refund. If the seller wants the item back they will be required to send you a prepaid return label (if the item was in the UK).
A case MUST opened within 30 days of the latest estimated delivery date, or of the actual date of delivery if recorded. Just read and follow the process - if there's anything you're not sure about people here are always willing to help.

It sounds like this was a variation listing, where there's a photo of the product but you select the size you want from the dropdown menu.
Or were there measurements showing on the main photo?

Sounds like a daft and costly error by the seller then.
I just received a cat litter tray in the same kind of circumstances - the photo showed larger measurements and there was no indication anywhere on the listing that it would be 10cm smaller on each side. It was way too small. I opened an eBay not as described return and got a full refund.

eBay will not sort the seller's photos out, they do not see the item involved. eBay work on cases.
If enough cases for item not as described are opened, this shows eBay too many returns happening, and then they can take action with selling restrictions.
Open that case, it can make a difference, and not just for receiving a refund.
