I bought a Gas Safe Locker, from a seller. I noticed a bit later that they were using Evri as their courier, I informed them that if I had known I would have purchased the product from somewhere else..
The seller then complained about me leaving negative feedback, even though I only messaged them, and called me a negative person.
I only left negative feedback after not receiving my goods, I answered the sellers text telling them this and the fact I have lost time and money, they responded back by just calling me a **bleep**

Ignore their messages and do not deal with them again.
How have you lost money? As long as you opened an 'item not received' case you should have been refunded in full.
Maybe next time, check how an item will be sent to you before you buy then you won't waste your time either.

I noticed a bit later that they were using Evri as their courier, I informed them that if I had known I would have purchased the product from somewhere else.
If you didn't receive your item the correct procedure is to use eBay's money back guarantee. You don't have to get involved in arguments.
No-one would condone rudeness, but it was a bit unfair to criticise the seller for using Evri. Budget couriers including Evri are widely used on eBay, including eBay's own new simple delivery service. If you didn't want Evri to deliver you should have tried to find a seller who uses Royal Mail, or asked the seller about this before bidding.
Incidentally, many sellers would prefer to have stuck with Royal Mail, but the pressure to use budget couriers has come from buyers.

I did not criticise the seller, I said I would have bought the goods somewhere else if I had realised they use Evri.
That is a criticsim of Evri at best, and not the seller.
I was made it very clear in my post that " I noticed a bit later that they were using Evri as their courier.
Saying the pressure to use budget couriers has come from buyers, is totally unjustified.
I noticed though that you do not address the sellers name calling, or lack of customer service.
The Ebay system says to contact the Seller first !!
