I found an item near me so I asked the seller if I go and have a look.
The seller (business seller) replied straightaway and said all the information and photos are shown.
I replied "Fine, but to save the postage can I pick it up?"
He doesn't reply.
I sent a new auestion. "Can I pick it up, please?"
He still doesn't reply.
Is there anyway to leave a bad feedback even I don't purchase?

Nope, that's not possible.
Is the item listed as a collection item, or only a postage item?
If it's only listed as a postage item, the seller does not have to obligge and offer it as a collection item.
Yes, it is rude for the seller not to reply, but one more thing to be aware of, any item listed for collection, a buyer cannot view before buying.
This doesn't mean paying, just you have to Buy the item, as this is when eBay fees are charged, and only then, can a seller exchange contact details, those are eBay rules.

The seller does not have to reply or agree to any more than on the listing
It may be they get many messages if they are a business and some will not reply to questions as it takes up so much time.
They also may not want people picking up.
Depending on what type of business it is it may be their home address.
No you can not leave bad feedback. That would be totally unfair if you could
If you want the item then you buy it as described from the listing with the postage if the seller is not answering your questions
If you are not happy with the seller then do not buy

Thank you for your reply. But can't find where it shows "postage item" or "collection item."
It's a shame that I can't veiw and buy when it is near me.

Yes, best thing is not buy from the rude buyer. But it is fair to leave review to show other customers that this seller is a rude person, this is all about leaving review.
Not replying to potential customers because you are busy is not business like!
Anyway no more time wasting for him.
Thank you

Click on the listing, on the right hand side under the price and Buy it Now button you should see Postage. It will either give you only a Postage cost, or it may say collection is possible too.
Not everyone wishes to have items collected from their property, but I agree no excuse for not replying to you. Perhaps best to find a better, more responsive seller.

Thank you. There is no "collection option" there.

Aaah, then that option is not available for their buyers, they only post their items.
Again rude not to reply, but messaging on eBay does have its glitchy moments.
You are left with the choice of buying and paying for a postage cost, so it is delivered, or seek another seller.

Thank you. I am NOT giving him business, to the rude person, of course!

I would agree with you here, I'm sure you'll find another more pleasant and helpful seller selling this item.
