Need help please! I bought a pair of Per Una Jeans from a well known seller (they sell from high street chains.) They accept returns. I purchased these on the 30th July and were not the right length (their fault not mine) so I messaged and said I would have to return them for a refund but could I send them by Royal Mail (tracked) as I couldn't go through the Ebay returns route as don't use a mobile phone or have a printer. They replied and said that would be okay to send them this way. I posted them off on the 5th August first class (tracked) and have proof that they were delivered on 7th August. I have not received a refund despite messaging them. Have I lost the money for the jeans and the cost of postage which was £4.59! This just not seem fair at all, as I have been completely honest with seller. If you say I don't have a leg to stand on as didn't go through the correct returns policy then this is simply daylight robbery! Please advise. Thank you.
If you don't go through ebay they won't have proof of return. You could have asked a friend with a printer or used the printer at your local library's computer facility.
