Seller gone quiet over return

Received a faulty item, after a lot of time talking to the seller they agreed to replace it but said it would take 17 days because it would come from China. Waited longer but by the seller won’t respond to my messages.

Are you more than 30 days from delivery of the faulty item?

If not you need to open a case for item not as described, now.

Yes well over 30 days I guess that’s it I’ve last my money.
