Seller being messing me about from day one .chairs received broken.wont replacement

Broken chairs seller keeps saying replacement sent .no tracking or proof.messing me about for a week.what would you do told me close return and still not sent them . gave him very bad reviews.hes definitely a scam artist.

It's a shame you closed the return, now you can't pursue this via eBay.

If you funded your payment with a debit or credit card you coulkd contact your card provider and initiate a not as described chargeback though.

I'm going to the bank and getting my money back.he said he can't get the chairs now ..then I said I was going to the bank.with in a space off five minutes he said he could.all written proof.thanks for taking the time to reply....

Trying to add photos won't let me.terrible seller.craflty said for me to close the return and would resend.

When you  go to close a case ebay warns you that you can't open another and to be sure you are completely satisfied.   

Why would you trust a seller who has already messed you about to keep their promise of replacements?
