My available seller funds! When I click on this so I can do a simple withdrawal all that happens is it asks me to sign in with email and password then it kicks me back to eBay home page and this process has repeated for the past 3days all I’m trying to do is withdraw my available funds. Anyone else experiencing this problem. Frustrating?m!!
If the app that's throwing up all sorts of issues, if using this or a mobile browser, switch if you can to a laptop / PC and try Chrome, see if it works with that combo.
Thanks for your reply. I have now spoken to customer service and the issue has been resolved. The problem is that I was stuck in “a loop” had to go on private browser (incognito) and then it worked. Apparently this happens to around one in 10,000 people once you go incognito on a private browser it allows you to withdraw your cell funds that are available and then you are kicked out of this loop and everything will work as normal from the eBay app on normal browser or in the iOS app
