The buyer s  bank started a dispute that the goods were not delivered.I was declared the loser of the dispute.But the delivery service provided a photo showing that the goods were delivered.What should I do? eBay did not return my money.

Photos hold no water with eBay did the tracking actually show delivery?  If it did,  then contact eBay Customer Services inform them a chargeback was opened and won, but tracking has shown delivery.
