I am having a issue with my seller performance and the way that it doesn't seem to be updating.......
My issue started at the last of last month where i unfortunately had to cancel an order due to the item going missing from my storage.
This led to my % level going to over 2% which I know will put restrictions on my account until I get the percentage under the 2% again.
I worked really hard over the month making sales, however the percentage never changed on my dashboard and on the 20th of the month it showed that i had hit 2.15% and the restrictions would be applied.
HOWEVER the day after on the 21st my dashboard shows that if i was to be evaluated, i would come under the 2% and shows 35 more sales than it did the day before????
Has anyone else experienced this or know what or who i can contact to have this looked at?
