Seller Pays for Return

I have received a full refund for a faulty item and the seller is responsible for return costs. I haven't received return labels or courier details. Can eBay help with this or am I just stuck with an unwanted item?

If seller refunds without supplying a return label, it is assumed they do not want item back. Case will have closed and ebay will have no further interest.

You are stuck with it and if seller wants it returned he still has to pay return postage.

Just to cover yourself, I suggest advising seller that if he wants it returned he has say 7 days to provide a return label after which you will dispose of it.

I am assuming seller refunded through your return case and that case is now closed.
