Can anyone help me I have sold an item which is shown by going by Evri but I had to change and it was sent by Royal Mail it has been since delivered but is showing on the listing as waiting delivery.  Is there a way I can change this so I can receive my money

You can mark dispatched by opening the original pre-paid Simple Delivery label (Get prepaid label > Get prepaid label and QR code).   It will remain unused and the cost will be automatically refunded to the buyer in 30 days if they paid for it.

The option to change tracking number on ebay has been removed and payment will be held for 14 days.
