A seller refunded me 3 weeks after I won a bidding (quite important for me) with no serious reason. He was trying to make me believe that I haven't (yet) paid for the item and did send him proof of the paiment. The seller canceled my order and refunded me after I escalated the problem involving eBay support team.... What are his rights and what are mine? I used to believe that eBay is an auction platform and the bidder and the seller are in some sort of a contract.... Is there a way to make the seller send me the item I won? Thank you... 🙂
