the returns experience is very much in favour of the buyer
the item was used and had a very very minor loose stitch which I hadn't spotted when listing - easily repaired
it took the buyer nearly 3 week to identify this
I offered a 50% refund which was rejected and immediately sent a return label - the buyers then has 3 weeks to send (as opposed to the 3 days I have to send the purchase,, and also the 3 days I'm expected to issue a refund) . They took 2 weeks to do this . The item looked as though it had been worn
This hardly seems fair
