I have sell similar top left of my listings.

On my watch items,  Have one to sell is under the main photo on the left.

I am using a laptop and Chrome Sorry,  no idea where this is,  if you're using the app or mobile browser, I do not use those, but  hear the app is having issues for latest app upgrades. 

Try a laptop / PC with Chrome and list from there.

The app can be limited,  and options are far fewer than available on a laptop / PC .

There are issues with app updates,  the app now requires Android 10 or higher to work fully.  If this is the issue here, you will have to try another device such as a desktop version.

Switch to a desktop browser, the app offers limited functionality.

It has only just disappeared, I’ve been selling on eBay for over 10 years and have always used my phone
