Sell in every country but USA ?

I have listed many items that are for sale on a buy it now price of £49 and added global shipping to my listings, here is the thing it lists it in every country but USA or EBAY.COM ? Anyone else having this issue? 

My account in good standing and none of my items are contraband or anything like this ? As a business seller I'm paying lots of money to list my items but not getting the market? Anyone suggest anything, I have called ebay and they said they can see no issues ? I have some listings that are 2 / 3 years old and are listed in US but all my new ones are not, as I said every other country no issue. ??? And yes listings have been live for over 2 weeks on some.

There is a current issue with GSP and the US; according to ebay CS it's something to do with the tariffs.

But it's odd because I have done an offer to my watchers, and now I can see that listing on ebay.com ?  And my other items are listed ? It just seems like a big glitch with ebay.

Just been reading the other forums seems others are having the same issues,  all my old listings showing on ebay.com but all my new listings with GSP ? and I have paid for all my new listing so they get seen in USA ? I can ship to every other country and be seen in every other country but the USA this is just crazy, seems like trump is messing business up for his own people as in the past many of my good customers are from USA and need hard to get parts.  I have started to move over to amazon in the last 4 weeks, great site but just time-consuming when listing. this is what im getting if I go to Ebay.com "May not ship to United States. Read item description or contact seller for shipping options"
