Selected wrong reason for return by mistake.

I was sent the wrong car part, have tried to get satisfaction from seller but want to return it as incorrect. But I accidentally selected 'doesn't fit' and am now being told I have to pat for return.

How do I select the correct reason, as its the sellers responsibility to pay the return

Contact eBay and see if they can change it for you, it's not something you can do yourself.

eBay's policy on the sale of clothing is, quite rightly, that if the size is correctly stated the customer cannot return it as "not as described" just because it doesn't fit them.

Unfortunately, eBay still seems unable to understand that it's entirely different when a car part doesn't fit the the car it was sold as fitting. In this case it IS not as described.

This continues to happen time and time again. So much for eBay's supposed AI, which I have long suspected is little more that mindless scanning for key words.
