Had a scenario where (really should have checked it better myself) I sold an item that was not delivered when due and is stuck somewhere I think at his local depot but when I re printed the label to check I noticed there was no house number on the address emailed buyer when I noticed this but he has not come back to me which seems a bit strange if it was on the other way around I would have emailed back straight away. He has obviously brought items before as he has a few feedback but if someone else has come across this and also told him he has not updated his details which again seems a bit odd.
I am hoping the item will get returned to me fortunately not an expensive item.
Going forward how can i check the address before I print the label to avoid this happening again.
Also how do I stand as all I did was send it to the address the buyer supplied.
I think this will be a buyer that will get blocked once sorted.
Anyone had this happen to them?
