Second Chance Offer

Hi 

I had to cancel the sale of the above item as the buyer was unable to process their payment.  I want to send a second chance offer to the next bidder but I can’t find the option. Their are 5 other bidders.   
Can anyone help?

Go to the dropdown actions menu alongside the item on your orders list and you should see the Second Chance Offer link.    If it's not there (apparently it may disappear after cancellation) click on the original listing on your orders page, then click on where it says the number of bids in the middle of the page and you'll see it alongside the bidders' IDs on the next page.

I’ve attached a copy of the page and it doesn’t mention the second chance option.
