Scammed iPhone 16

Hi 

I sold a iphone 16 pro sealed to a level 0 ,i know it was a stupid thing to do ,once they received the iphone of course theres something wrong with it ,they've requested to return the item .I paid for the return postage ,i have not received anything tracking shows its in a different location .Ebay gave them a full refund .

What should i do.

If Ebay refunded, rather than you refunding voluntarily, you can appeal their decision.

Make sure you have the tracking showing delivery to a different address to use as your evidence.

Put 'appeal a decision' into 'help & contact' top left of your Ebay page.

This happened to me and I contacted eBay and asked them why they didn't check the tracking information when an item shows that it's back with the seller before issuing a refund because if they did they'd see that it hadn't been sent to my address, but one that was 3 counties away! 

eBay refunded me, I've no idea if that was out of their own coffers or if they reversed the refunded payment.

Once you get your refund I'd report that phone as stolen (I presume that you made a note of the IMEI number).
