I've been scam on Ebay I buy items £200

My items didn't come I then asked about them the buyer called me a scamer 

I then received a pair of socks not items I buy what do I do will I get my money bk

select "Item doesn't match description" and it to eBay after 3 complete working days.

You will get your money back as long as you start the claim within 30 days of the delivery date.    And don't forget to escalate the case after 3 complete working days.
