Scam buyer of van for sale

Hi. I put up my LDV van for auction. The winning bid was £3000. The buyer messaged me showing the image of the van sold for £0.99. I tried the auto Help page - no help. How do I report a scammer to Ebay? and how do I get Ebay to cancel the end of auction selling fees and reimburse me the start selling fees?

I tried the Report a Buyer. The buyer search finds nothing. The item search finds nothing. It is like the transaction has been wiped or concealed!

Ebay don't get involved with payment for vehicles. 

It shows as sold for £3000.

Cancel as unpaid after 4 days.
