I bought seeds that were supposed to be purple sunflowers
also teddy bear pink sunflowers
the images looked great as did the image of the exotic blue’ sunflowers
these seeds with P&P were not cheap
the flowers have all bloomed and are all standard yellow sunflowers
I am very disappointed as I grew so many and gave them to friends who are also disappointed thinking they were having some new colours
I have been scammed and would like a refund but am I likely to get one ?

I would imagine from seed to flower has obviously taken longer than 30 days to bloom! That is the cover eBay give you when receiving anything not as described.
Have you sent a message to the seller, photographs of the flowers too would help, to report your findings ? Any good seller would send a full or partial refund, but of course this is not enforceable now.
Not sure if your payment provider can help now with any refund?

These 'rare colour' seed listings are always scams.

There really isn't anything that eBay can do as regards seeds, these should be purchased from a reputable seller or, as you've discovered, you could end up growing any old thing and by the time you do it's too late to pursue a refund any route.
There is no such thing as the rich purple sunflower in the AI photos that the Chinese sellers use, the closest is Helianthus Sun Fill Purple, which doesn't really look like a sunflower.
When I first starting buying on eBay I bought some iris advertised as jet black that turned out to be the common blue variety!
