Your items only sold a few days ago so tracking may not have shown delivery and that is when payouts are released.
There's a new ruling which comes in today , that is, once tracking shows delivery instead of waiting 2 days after that delivery date from the 6th payouts are available within 24 hours.
Your item sold before this date so you may have to wait a little longer, and if you are a returning seller after having a break from selling payouts can be held even longer as eBay wish to see the original owner has returned to the dormant account and it's not being hijacked.
