How can a buyer force a return describing the item as 'not as described', list a bunch of AI generated bullet points that make no sense and don't describe defects of the item, but it's inherint traits (like buying a record player and returning it because you can hear the 'hiss' of the needle.)
And then, eBay won't provide a label and because of the items vaule, I have to pay £16 for one? They won't even re-credit me as it's limited to £3.50 if I report the buyer and I can't buy the label through eBay, only direct and have to upload the 'PDF'?
How has eBay come to this?
