I have recently sold two items which Simple Delivery has correctly identified as Large Letter size, and thus is sending through Royal Mail rather than Evri. I do not have access to a printer, so wish to use the promised QR code method. Unfortunately, while it has provided a postage label (with the address but also a small QR code in the corner) I was able to save and bring in to the post office, the post office told me that it was not a suitable QR code for sending (which I suspected when I saw it).
The instructions say:
"Get your prepaid label – no printer required
Please contact our Customer Service team if you have any issues with the label.

I think you may be showing the Post Office the wrong thing, it seems that you're showing them the label, when if you scroll down there should be a large QR code.
Check the email that you received featuring your label, can you see it on there?

Ah, unfortunately I don't have access to the email address on my file, and have been unsuccessful in attempting to change it previously. Is there another way to obtain it?

This does need resolving, I'm currently left with a QR code I can't use or cancel.
