Hello, I’m looking for some advice on what to do next,
I purchased a book on 13th June
it arrived at Glendale Heights hub on 18th June
on the 26th June tracking shows as “Carrier refused to ship item forward”
I’ve been on the phone to EBay customer service but they don’t have much information about what has happened & why the book hasn’t been shipped. Has this happened to anyone before? Is there a way of checking myself why the book can’t be shipped? I’d rather have the book than a refund.
the book is in USA with final shipping destination is England
