Royal Mail labels generated by Ebay not accepted

I had to cancel 5 orders today because Post office would not accept Royal Mail labels generated by eBay with YA prefix in Barcode. hoping buyers will repurchase

What reason did you use for cancellation as even though this is because of ebay and another system going wrong, you could get 5  defects which would just about finish your ability to sell.

I used problem with buyers address

There's only the three options and that is the only one that deals with posting
