Royak mail claim on ebay through packlink.

Hi, how do I claim a Royal Mail loss parcel through packlink, as there are asking for "carrier tracking id" which obviously is not the tracking number as I have tried that multiple times, and there is no other number on the slip given back to me by post office, and I downloaded the QR code when purchasing the label and the only number on it is the tracking number.

The Royal Mail tracking should be adequate, but are you reading it correctly?

Are you using for example O letter instead of 0 number or the other way round.
