I sold an item and got a tracking number from ebay. I then found out that the insurance cover provided by this postage was not enough to cover the value of the item. I then paid for the appropriate postage and got a new tracking number. The buyer has been advised of the change, but I can not find a way to change it on ebay. In fact the whole ebay "help & contacts" section is a total waste of time. I am just going round and round in circles.
