Rolex dial

I brought a genuine rolex dial from Ebay.  I put the same dial up for sale on Ebay it gets taken down as counterfeit.  What should I do?

Unless you are still within 30 days of the purchase of this item on eBay you cannot open any case for a refund.

You unfortunately bought a fake,  and listing it eBay took it down,  you must not relist it or you'll face serious selling restrictions.

Are you within 30 days of the original purchase?  Then,  open a case for item not as described,  item does not match description and escalate on day 4 if not refunded beforehand.

The other posdibility is VERO, and Rolex asked for removal, unfortunately when this happens, ebay’s standard advice refers to “fake”.

Suggest you enter VERO into Help and contact at top of most pages. Brand Owners can stop the sale if seller is not authorised.
