Revising a listing price

Past scheduled listing date is stopping me from making revisions

If it's the item with bids you cannot make any revisions now.

If the item has gone live and is a Buy it Now or auction without bids you can revise it, perhaps use a laptop /PC with Chrome if there are issues with the app or mobile browser.

I keep getting response about items with bids on and I am aware of that - this is not the case. 

The message I get is that the “scheduled date is in the past” - as if the listing is being created from new , not just revised.

I never had this before so has something changed in the app?

Aaah,   thank you for that extra information,  you'll need to wait for someone to come along who uses the app  to hopefully help you,  I'm afraid that device is sadly lacking for all the options I require from eBay and so I only  use only a laptop with Chrome.

It would help to know which listing, but if it is live then scheduling does not seem appropriate.

In my opinion would be best to end and relist.

I am not trying to re-schedule it. And this applies to several listings 

originally I scheduled the listings 

The items then went live and have been on for a few days

 —- now I want to adjust the price —-

I have done this 100s of times using the app before on items that were scheduled and were now live.

but now something has changed in the app.
The screens look different and when I try to save my changes I get a message that the scheduled start date is in the past! (Well of course it was !!!) - it is as if the ‘app code’ is treating it as a new listing all of a sudden , seeing the ‘already used’ schedule and asking me to adjust it 

I certainly don’t want to end all the listings and restart them 

I am probably just going to end them all and not bother again as nobody seems to know what I’m talking about 🙄

Hi again, that app can be at best temperamental at worst, pretty useless in my humble opinion!

Can you just for those items,  switch to a laptop / PC and use Chrome,  I'm sure you'd be able to revise those listings with that combo, and as you know,  those auctions with no bids and more than 12 hours to run. 🤔

I will do that when I can , but it is frustrating as I can’t have my computer with me all the time …

By the way . I had altered price on 2 other live listings that were ‘relists’ or added without being scheduled , and these were successful.

so it definitely is a glitch to do with the former scheduled time on the others .

Is there any way I can raise this with eBay as a technical issue?
