Returns

I am trying to make a sell listing, other people's listing selling thr same item do not have a return policy. They do not accept returns. My listing will not allow me to remove this option,  it's saying I have to give someone that option but I want to remove it. How?

You are a business seller, you have to accept returns, it's the law.
