Hi, I imported a model motorbike from outside the UK and had to pay customs and tax. The model arrived damaged and although I received a refund for the cost of the model and postage, I’m still outstanding the customs and tax costs. Has anyone else had this issue as I’ve been in contact with eBay and they are just not interested.
