I I’m quite new to eBay and I really need advice. I agreed on refunding, I paid everything, also postage, but till now I didn't receive my item/ I asked buyer and he answered he did not receive postage label (I refunded 5 days ago)/ Is it possble and what should I do in this situation to receive my item

Sorry, you did this wrong.

You should have issued returns label through case & only refunded on return of item.

As you refunded 1st, ebay assume you don't want item back so case closes & label not available.

This is between you & buyer.

Either send a label or money for postage, can't be done through ebay.

You need to change condition of some of your items.

Most you say are NEW. Then you say Vintage, so not new.

This says new, but in description you say "Good pre-owned condition. There may be light signs of use consistent with careful handling."

Buyers may pick up on this & return as not described.
