Im a private seller and a buyer opened a returns request due to item being too small, i accepted for item to be returned (first time doing a returns) and followed the instructions giving on the request. I'm confused because ebay has initiated the refund and the request is now closed. Did I do something ? Does the buyer really get refunded before I receive the item back.
Any help would be much appreciated thanks
