Returns location query

Hi. Order an item from a seller. Location info states UK (where I am based) but return info states China (see images). This is obviously very misleading and now unsure how best to turn without incurring international costs?

If listing said posted from UK, that is where you return item to.

If item was not as described,  seller supplies returns label, 

If you changed your mind, you pay postage. 

Escalate case to ebay on day 4, they will sort.
