Returning jacket via ebay international

I bought a jacket with shipping via ebay international. The jacket was not what I expected and ebay immediately refunded me which was great. My concern is that ebay have not issued instructions on how to return jacket to seller and have closed the case. I can't find a way to contact ebay and seller is saying ebay handles international returns when I ask them and seems somewhat disinterested in getting their jacket back.

If you have refund, ebay won't expect you to return item.

Best to contact seller though and say you are happy to return if they supply postage label or money to pay it,

This can't be done through ebay.
