Returning an item

Have started the return process  & waiting a promised return postage label by today which hasn't arrived. No contact from seller either.

The option to escalate your case to ebay will appear 3 full working days after you started it.    Then if the seller is in the UK ebay will enforce the supply of a paid-for return postage label.    If the seller is outside the UK ebay cannot make them supply a label.   Escalate anyway, sometimes they issue a refund without return.

Many thanks for taking the trouble to reply to my problem - its much appreciated. So far greeted by total silence which is somewhat disconcerting! Will follow your advice and duly escalate the issue with eBay. I shall also keep my fingers firmly crossed! Good night and thanks again.
