Returning an item

Hello

Need to return an item I ordered by mistake, seller is ok with it so started a return.

Ebay gave me limited options for postage so took Royal Mail thinking I could add my weight and size to get a correct price.                                                                                                                                                                                                       A label was generated which does not have the correct information on it so I cannot use it.

How can I cancel so I can make my own arrangements.

You can void the label within 14/15 days.

Select Selling in My eBay, or select Orders on the Seller Hub Overview page.

Select Postage Labels on the left-hand side.

Select Actions next to the label you'd like to void, and select Void Label.
