Returning an Item

I received a damage item started a dispute and won & got a refund,it doesn't say anything about returning the item,do i keep or not? Thanks.

You keep it.    If the seller used ebay's Simple Delivery postage ebay issue the refund themselves for damaged or lost items and the seller keeps the payment.   The damaged item does not have to be returned.
