Returning 2 items but only chose 1!

Hello - I can't take a call at work and can't get to live chat with Ebay. Basically bought 2 items, wrong size, went to returns and accidentally chose 1 item to return. Can I change this return to returning both items?

One transaction or two?

If two transactions, then each one can be returned seperately.  NOT IN ONE PACKAGE THOUGH.

If one transaction, then you cannot just choose to return one, it is all or nothing

One transaction, we chose to return one of the two items accidentally. So it only states this on the return?
