I sold an item Through ebay.
the buyer Never bother to Reply Me .
he Just Returned the Parcel Through Ebay Return policy But I didn’t received the item back and . Delivery office says That parcel is Delivered to other Address that was provided to us By sender. Now when i contacted Sender ( he dont reply) .
i opened an appeal to ebay. But they Closed it by saying that the address is provided.
my parcel is Lost . When i contact ebay they ask me to contact Royal mail, and When i ask royal mail They Ask me to initiate a claim Through ebay.
