I want return my purchase but seller did declined my return and I really angry and unhappy with eBay policy

What was the reason for asking for a return?

Private sellers do not have to accept returns for any reason, although business sellers do.

Few day ago les than 5 day after one day I said I want return it but
seller do not accept my return

You haven't told us Why you want to return the item,  this is important.

If you wish to return the item for a change of mind and the seller has a No Returns on their listing,  they can refuse your request.

They cannot refuse if you have received a damaged or faulty item one not as described,  here you open a case for item not as described.... Item Does Not Match Description or Photos for a full refund.
