Hi has any one listed a item as used but the buyer was not happy with the condition I have completed the return but I am having to now pay £23 out my own money from selling fees and postage eBay won't remove the charges 🤔any advise please, thanks

If a buyer opens a case for item not as described,  then you need to respond within 3 days.

Yes,  here,  you do pay for that fully tracked return postage but on the return if you refund within 48 hours,  your seller fees are refuned.

This, is the rule for all of us sellers to abide by.
